helps us to get a better orthotic arch support made for you. Our goal is to get

Doctor Rainer was the first doctor in Greenville, SC to perform Ossatron
Orthotripsy-ESWT for Plantar Fasciitis. He was featured on the FOX 21 10
O'Clock news doing this procedure.

Ingrown Nails scheduled promptly
Painful ingrown toenails need to be treated fast. You know that and so do
we. Mention that you have an ingrown nail and we will try our hardest to see
you the same day that you call.
We treat ingrown nails using safe local anesthesia. We have special
techniques that minimize your discomfort. Usually you are back to work the
next day! If you are anxious, just call us and we will walk you through the
treatment protocol over the phone.
Neuromas treated with Injection Therapy
A neuroma is a pesky, painful nerve problem that is usually found at the ball
of your foot. Symptoms include pain, burning and numbness at the ball of
the foot often radiating into your toes.
When more conservative care fails, we are currently treating neuromas with
an alcohol based injection. This technique often eliminates the need for more
invasive surgeries and allows you to continue working and walking
throughout the treatment period.
Is There a Fungus Among Us?
We provide treatment for fungal nail and skin disorders. We use a variety of
topical and oral medications to treat these problems. Oral medications include
Lamisil, Sporanox and Gris-Peg. We also can thin out the thick nail to allow
the medication to work better and to help relieve your pain.

such as the Richie Brace and the Arizona Brace!
We can also set you up for physical therapy, lab work, MRI, doppler
vascular studies or referrals. I think your starting to get the idea that we do
